Do I need to register and insure my 150cc Dune buggy in Canada, Ontario?



Hi. I would like to know if it is mandatory for me to register and insure my 150cc dune buggy in Canada, Ontario. I am ONLY planning to use it in legal trails/routes and will be using a trailer to carry it around.     If it is operated off private property it needs to be registered, and, at minimum, have liability coverages.
